We rented a house from this company December 2013-November 30, We informed them at the end of October that we decided not to renew our lease due to wanting to buy a home and from then on we were harassed constantlyMy husband and the owner of our new to be home both left for NTC training early November so we informed The townsend group we would be getting all of our stuff out and could we find someone to take over our lease, they told us yes that was fine until we let them know we had someone interested in looking at the home and we could show them, they lie and say they are selling itWhile my husband is gone, I deal with my phone constantly going off and it was the Townsend group begging me to move everything back...it was non stop they had my anxiety through the roof and was constantly n tears while cleaning the rental out so I could be done with itThen I find out the locks were changed before lease was up, couldn\'t clean anymore due to that and they still harass us

Rented for 5 years and paid full price for a house that needed repairs (leaking fridge caused damage to basement, broken fence, cracked tiles from water leaks, broken dish washer, and sewage leak in basement). When we moved out they charged us for almost our entire deposit even though we paid and provided reciepts to have the carpets and house deep cleaned. After we moved out they gave a stranger our new address which was a complete safety issue.
