Mr***’s complaint is regarding a debt he does not wish to pay, but he is well aware he is responsible for the amount dueI have engaged in extensive conversations with Mr*** where assurance was provided this debt would be resolved in full; however, he decided to renege on our agreement
I do not foresee this complaint will be resolved, unless of course he changes course and decides to honor his agreement.  They did not appease me. I called a different Service Company and they replaced the battery (Only) Townsend sent the service man and he was quite surprised I had changed service companies. This is was rectified by another company.

Overall, this was an issue with the vendor and receipt of the part which was required. We did ultimately appease Ms. [redacted] and she has no contacted us since with any additional issues; we consider this matter rectified.
