We have tried to fix the
Mildew issue since the unit had the water in when it rain and the outside problem was address immediately, she has refused to have the interior fix because of the repair that will cause inconvenience to them, I had offer the model for her to stay while the repair gets done and she refused, I gave her the option to transfer and she didn’t want to transfer eitherFinally she agree to transfer and we never agree to charge any fees, we are covering all the feeswhen we do a transfer we have to re-run the application once again and sign a new contractShe refuse for us to re-run the application even know there is not a chargeShe doesn’t want a new contract and we agree to transfer her and sign the new lease with her ending contract from unit ***
Is been about weeks and has not respond to us about having her transfer or neither repair the unit
