first off, We never told the customer it would appear on every computerWe not only verbally explained to the customer it would only appear on a percentage of computers,but the customer received IN WRITING that it would only appear on computers with an upgradeMr S [redacted] wa given a written contract which he agreed to and signed a contract with us, which we have a SIGNED copy that he understood and agreed to this.Mr S [redacted] signed a day contract, which he agreed to a non refundable policy and agreed to this.Now he has buyers remorse after he not only was verbally explained our product, but he signed a copy in writing which he says"I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF OUR PRODUCTWe also custom designed a advertisement for him, as he requested and we published his ad as we discussedSince we have time and effort into this ad we will agree to settle this matter for him with payment of 1/his funds.the client did receive over visits to his website, Our offer to him expires in days and woul only be valid if he agrees he is satisfied with our response, and settlement to his satisfaction.as we agree to.ell us why here
