customer service number and has been extended issues already.Based on the service information I have received, I cannot extend the subscription any more.The only option remaining for delivery would be to switch him back to the ***Because most people in his area receive home delivery, I could not guarrantee on time delivery if switched

The subscriber just canceled her order on 7/** after receiving extensions for missed issue of copies on 7/** and copies on 7/**The order was then canceled on 7/** and refund was issued

I have checked our files and we do not have an active current subscription to The National Enquirer to the name and address listed on your complaint.The last subscription expired with the Aug *, issueIt was paid in full at that timeI am not sure if the order you are questioning was placed
directly with us or through a magazine sales agentIn either case, if you can attach a copy of both sides of your check and the invoice you received, I can help to straighten this situation out. Thank you

I never purchased anything through anyone. I don't even read fashion or gossip magazines and I don't purchase through agencies, I only purchase directly through the magazine itself. Could I please have the name of the agency so I can clear it up with themthank you

I did get to finally talk to someone and they are...

looking into getting me the refund now. Thank you.

We received a request to enter an order for Star, Men's Fitness and OK Magazine in [redacted] name from a third party magazine sales agent. These orders came to us as paid in full orders and were started. Two of these subscriptions to Star and Men's Fitness have already been suspended. I will...

request to have OK Magazine suspended as well. Please allow 4 weeks to stop. It is up to the sales agent to issue any refunds if there is any due. Please note, I will also mark our files as "do not promote" but we have no control over the 3rd party agent from still sending you mailings. We did not give them your names. They develop their own mailing lists. Feel free to contact our Customer servixe number if you have any questions ###-###-####

After I filed a complaint is when they finally returned my messages. Rest assured I will not be renewing my subscription. This is the worst Terrible customer service

All copies of his subscription were labeled and directly mailed into Canada Post. Once in their mail stream, we have no control over delivery. they are an independent delivery company. That is why you were asked to contact them. Per your request, the subscription was canceled. A refund for $54.10 was mailed on 8/*/17 for the remaining issues plus missed issues. We will not refund full amount as he noted he received the first half of the year. The check will arrive in about 3 weeks from the mail date. Check is in US funds.He needs to be patient to receive the check. I consider this matter closed unless the check does not arrive by end of month.

We have no record of ever receiving any correspondence from you concerning this subscription.Per your request we...

PS I think it is absurd to believe that Canada Post has lost 4 (at the least) copies of this subscription but I just want to be finished with this company.
