We received a request to enter an order for Star, Men's Fitness and OK Magazine in [redacted] name from a third party magazine sales agentThese orders came to us as paid in full orders and were startedTwo of these subscriptions to Star and Men's Fitness have already been suspendedI will request to have OK Magazine suspended as wellPlease allow weeks to stopIt is up to the sales agent to issue any refunds if there is any duePlease note, I will also mark our files as "do not promote" but we have no control over the 3rd party agent from still sending you mailingsWe did not give them your namesThey develop their own mailing listsFeel free to contact our Customer servixe number if you have any questions ###-###-####

All copies of his subscription were labeled and directly mailed into Canada PostOnce in their mail stream, we have no control over deliverythey are an independent delivery companyThat is why you were asked to contact themPer your request, the subscription was canceledA refund for $was mailed on 8/*/for the remaining issues plus missed issuesWe will not refund full amount as he noted he received the first half of the yearThe check will arrive in about weeks from the mail dateCheck is in US funds.He needs to be patient to receive the checkI consider this matter closed unless the check does not arrive by end of month
