They came in and went to the room, then tell us they were leaving because they did not like the room, we voided the transaction, but upon checking the room we found a used condom and the bed was clearly usedSo I went to our booking agent and recharged for the room because they used it
I spoke to a representative a few days ago about the complaint registered by a former guest of the hotel, [redacted] [redacted] was a troubled guest that stayed with us in November and we did not rent her a room again after her initial stay as we felt she was not someone who we felt that needed more than just a hotel but perhaps some help as she was not mentally fit to be on her own At the time of her stay the temperature outside was in the low 40’s and she demanded we turn the AC onOur systems for AC are shut down in November and we do not turn them on until April The guest also would go to the front desk and take advantage of the continental breakfast by taking all the apples that we lay out for our guests in one fell swoop She also asked for a pen, every day and after a few days we said we could not provide her with pens every dayHer room was cleaned daily by our maid who has worked for us for over years and we checked with her that the room was cleaned daily when the guests would allow her inIn her complaint she says that the owners son was threatening her and I can assure you that I, the owner son, did not threaten her or speak to her in any manner that would be offensiveShe says that I was discriminatory to her guests, which we have no record of any guests for her and I myself am a minority so the idea of me acting in this manner is absurdSubsequently after the guest has left, We received a call from the GM of the [redacted] in Webster NY asking us why she was asked to leave The GM noted that she was not being a good guests there either and they planned to ask her to leave a well The local market across from our hotel has also received multiple calls from the guests at their store where she has complained and made random conversation with the clerks who do not understand why she calls themAll of this leads me to believe that this person’s complaint is not something my business should be dinged for as we are not at fault for any of her complaints and the guests clearly has some other issues and is simply trying to make money on her complaintI am happy to discuss this with you over the phone at [redacted] .Thank you Regards Shailesh [redacted] P*** Towapath MotelMonroe AvenueRochester, NY
