Worst experience with tow service in my entire lifeWen I first call they gave me an estimate based on the info I gave then, I was miles away from home When we arrive to my house the driver says $dollar! I say what??? For milesI tough he was wrong! But he said that he was charging for the round tripPlus pulling up my car up in the tow truck! And some estar cherges! And the guy was so Un respectfulI think miles for $is a steal! The thing is they told me firstAround $So he double the chargeSo ridiculous

Revdex.com:I have not spoken to Patrick T*** in regard to this situation, however, I have spoken to *** who has admitted she failed to let me know in full detail what would happen to the vehicle (repaired and sold on ***) if we turned it in to *** * *** explained to me that frequently people either hang up on her (I don't know why that would often happen) or not ask questions in regard to the details of post-transaction of vehicles and that she tries her best to explain thoroughly with some kind of script on how they conduct their businessWhen I initially contacted *** * *** before handing in my vehicle, and spoke with *** inquiring about what they do to the vehicles, and the main logistics of this companyShe just explained to me that they help fund a local foster care organization called *** *** **Had I known that our vehicle was going to be refurbished to be sold on ***, or anywhere, for profit or not, I would not have given my vehicle to themThe main problem I have with this company is that they do not completely disclose what they do with the vehicles, what they do for this charity organization, and that I was contacted by a customer who was sold the vehicle on *** by *** * *** was not apologetic at all in regard to this situation and instead insincerely apologized for the "miscommunication" and how I "felt." I do not consider their negligence on providing thorough information for customers about their business as a "miscommunication." I understand that handing over the title to the business gives them all the right to the vehicle, however, had they disclosed what they were going to do, I would have not given anything upI also spoke and met with the gentleman, his wife and two sons at the DMV, and they explained to me that when the sale happened, there was no bill of sale or any kind of receipt that was given to themAccording to the gentleman, he asked for one, but was told there isn't anything to giveI thought this was odd, and I understand my statement is a here-say, however, my point is, I wouldn'thave had to go through all this had *** * *** explained to me in the beginning when I first inquired what they were going to do with the vehicle.

Dear [redacted]: In response to ID of [redacted]
First I have attached a blank bill of sale which shows the customer has the right to sell or donate the vehicle by signing it.  And that we have the right to do whatever we want with the vehicles, after we...

pick them up.  And [redacted] signed a bill of sale.Second attachment is a bill we paid to fix the van.
I would like to say that when [redacted] donated the van she, told [redacted] the engine smokes, and had us pick up the van at a repair facility.  I would gather they told her the engine was no good thats why she disposed of it.
Our goal is to keep people working.  As we took the van to a repair shop and had it fixed.  There was a total of $296.22 left over on the van and that is before gas, tow driver labor and our $50.00 donation to the charity.  Keep in mind the labor/repair bill for the van came to $3,703.78.  There was no $3,950.00 profit as [redacted] claims.
We did not hide any transaction from her, she donated the van for free and just wanted it gone.  If you would like to see the signed bill of sale that [redacted] signed please let me know.  We never gave the gentleman who purchased the van any information about [redacted].  When he had trouble with the vehicle transfer, we offered to give the gentleman who bought the van his $*,000.00 back.  His reply was he wanted $5,000.00.  I told him no, it doesn't work like that.
[redacted] has publicly posted on social media (such as [redacted]) that we are a scam and basically saying we are a fraud and wants to put us out of business.  Very strong words and accusations.

Sincerely Yours,

Patrick T[redacted]
General Manager
