Horrible company, rude woman, owner is a crook They towed my father's car that another out of town family member was driving When the family member went to get it they wanted a notarized statement from the owner that he could retrieve the car We presented that document and they refused to give us the car, stating the owner had to come himself (he was in the hospital with cancer) Had to get the police to get the car They were rude, hung up on our lawyer when he called The owner told the police that he did not give a *** about our personal problems and we would not have the car without the owner
