Failure to return my deposit as promised verbally after failing to produce a specialized pump/filter trailer within a pre-agreed time frame.On January 20th 2016 a purchase agreement was made between Toxic Solutions and Myself for purchase of a specialized trailer for clean up of storage ponds including a specialized technology developed by Toxic Solutions.The agreement to purchase the trailer was to be completed by March 20th 2016 and delivered to me in Georgia by this date.Once this date passed and no delivery was made, I contacted Mr [redacted] of Toxic Solutions who made it clear that the trailer had not been completed as promised and stipulated in the agreement and he agreed to refund my deposit of $2775.00. I have since contacted Mr [redacted] numerous times about the refund and been promised he will handle it many times. At this point he will no longer take my phone calls etc.As of this date I have never received my deposit back.Desired SettlementToxic Solutions needs to refund my deposit of $2775.00 immediately.
