I have only been a customer for a couple of years starting in and in the process of looking for a new company at this timeMy annual payment falls due in June and I payed on timeAfter months went by I had not had an on site inspection and called and was told they did not have contact info on file to set appointmentGiving the info and getting the inspection for and all was goodFast forward to I received a bill in May and payed promptlyNot getting a notice of inspection I called in July and was told again lack of contact info was the issue and I explained my check was cashed shortly after mailing and was told they have been backed up due to a lot of rainGiving all my contact info again and was told I was scheduled for inspection the next week I gave permission not to be present and a report would be left on the door indicating inspection completeI called back in August after weeks of no show, and was told I could have an inspection on 9/and Jason showed up did the inspectionAll is goodHe had the wrong form with him which is strange as it was printed bill from is officeJason told me he would complete the correct form the following morning and email and wrote down email address to confirm he had correctas of today 9/I have not received the reportI feel I have given this company more than enough chances to come thruSorry I have to move onThis is a NO customer service company
