Review: I ordered a POP!S Funko vinyl figure from them. It was supposed to be a Nightwing Metallic Exclusive figure. It was the regular Exclusive figure. They have different UPC numbers plus there is always the fact that one looks metallic and the other does not. I've tried emailing then several times with no response at all. The invoice number they have me is #[redacted]Desired Settlement: I'd like the figure I was supposed to receive, but I'm realistic and would set for a refund.

Review: I ordered and paid for a toy (Harry Potter Broomstick) that has not been delivered. I have emailed the company twice. None of their links (for tracking) work. After researching the company, I found 27 reviews from people who also never received their orders.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back or the product to be delivered.

Review: I purchased a toy on [redacted] on 3/**/2014. On march [redacted] sent an email requesting information on when the product would ship. Waited 24 hours for response and heard nothing so I emailed them again on 4/*. Still no response just an automated response saying we are checking on your order and will get back to you as soon as we can.Desired Settlement: Either ship product or cancel order by telling me that item I wanted is no longer available.

Review: On June [redacted] I ordered a costume from the toy store inc. My order number is [redacted]. I received a email confirmation that the order was placed but then nothing. I tried getting in contact with them & tracking the order but all the website forms are disabled. There is no way to get a hold of this company, I am worried this is a scam or something.Desired Settlement: I just either want the correct costume, or to know they aren't sending it. It was for my son who was having surgery, and this is all he keeps asking for.

Review: On 12/**/2013 I purchased the video games "Forza Horizon Limited Collector's Edition for XBox 360 Microsoft" for $59.99 and "Plants Vs Zombies XBox 360 Game POPCAP" for $19.99 from Toy Store Inc. via the Newegg.com website. My credit card was charged $84.97 for both games on 12/17/2013. The box I received in the mail a week later included only the Plants Vs Zombies game. The invoice in the box showed my order for both games. There was a handwritten note stating "This item will be shipped separately. Thank you!" in regards to the Forza game. The Forza game never came. I complained to Newegg customer service and they said Toy Store Inc. would contact me. Nothing happened. The phone number for Toy Store Inc., ###-###-####, on the Newegg website is phoney. It's just an answering machine telling you to call back later. I wrote an email to Toy Store Inc. from their website. No response. Their website states that customers will not be charged until their order ships. This is a lie. After searching the internet for reviews on this company I found mostly bad reviews of this company where people were charged for a product that never arrived. You don't have to take my word for it, look for yourself. Also, they have a very bad rating on the Newegg website. I wish I had known about all this before I placed my order. Newegg is a very trustworthy company totally dedicated to customer service so it never occured to me to check up on a company selling through their website.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order.

Review: I ordered a game console last month from them on a newegg. They gave me a tracking number. It's been over 2 weeks and it still hasn't been shipped. I sent them 2 emails; no response. I tried to call them; the phone number is automated and you can't leave a message. I canceled the order late last week and I am trying to get my money back and getting help from paypal and newegg. It is impossible to contact these people and after reading the comments section on the website regarding their 'store,' I am not the only one to have this problem.Desired Settlement: I should get my money back in full. Apparently, this was supposed to be shipped 2-day priority, but it hasn't left their warehouse.

Review: I ordered a costume for my granddaughter for Halloween, I ordered it on line on October **, 2013. I paid an additional $18.99 to expedite the shipping. I tried many, many times to check the status of the order as I was anxious that it arrive in time for Halloween. I have at least 10 emails I sent, to the support team, tried many, many times to check the website for the order status. When I entered the order number, nothing happened, there was no information available. When I tried to call, the phone said they were "busy" call at another time. I called at least 7 times. I tried sending emails to the sales team, never receiving a reply from them or the support team. [redacted] and [redacted], telephone number listed for them (and this took hours of searching to find is ###-###-#### and the address they list is a [redacted], New York.Desired Settlement: I want nothing from them, my granddaughter will be so disappointed and nothing they can do will change that. I want them to be put out of business. I am obviously not the only complaint registered if you go on line. Unfortunately I trusted them and my granddaughter wanted this costume so bad I ordered in good faith.

Review: I ordered (3) lunch bags for my children on March **, 2014. I attempted to track my package via their website, it didn't work. So I went to contact them, they have no phone number, no online chat, no physical address listed on their website, and no one answers the complaint email address. This is so frustrating that contacted them on numerous times and finally decided to search from them after being unsuccessful on the online tracking site. I found tons of complaints about this company and their methods. So one need you all to get involved to make them responsible for their lack of actions.Desired Settlement: I hope that my monies are refunded and for them to be held responsible for basically stealing people's money.
