Review: Ordered part from supplier. Did not need the part that was sent. Returned part to supplier for refund - denied refund due to out of warranty period (3 month). Requested that part be returned to me - supplier refused.Desired Settlement: Refund of charged amount or part returned.

Customer orders a part that he ended up not needing I guess. Randomly shows up at our door half a year later, nowhere near the warranty period. Does not consult with anyone before shipping it. I, [redacted], email the customer back asking why this part just showed up at our door. Customer claims he didnt need it, I let him know that its well out of warranty period and definitely out of the 30-day return period ( as shown in attached file of the invoice). Customer claims we should pay to ship it back or refund him. This is ridiculous and makes absolutely no sense. We will gladly package it back up and ship it back once customer emails us a return label. It sitting next to our front door waiting for customer to take action.
