Toyo Pros Used Auto Parts

I purchased a engine from this company. They took my money without pause, said they would get me a tracking number Never received a tracking number Ten days later I received the engine That comes with a 3 year warranty I had it delivered to my mechanic ( auto depot, Sequim Washington They removed my old engine and replaced it with the engine I received from Toyo pros guaranteed to be in good working order Well, engine installed and started But, it had a horrible loud knocking noise Upon further inspection It has a bad crank bearing Which is covered through their warranty My mechanics called and spoke to a man named Solivan Explained the problem to him He asked for the numbers off the engine My mechanics asked him if he would like a video of the engine running with the noise, he said no, and hung up since then he has blocked our phone numbers When calling it goes straight to voicemail, which is full, so we cannot leave message or talk to him or anyone else, for that matter He refuses to help or to warrant the warranty His number is *** My mechanics and I have called numerous times in the last month to no avail He will not return any calls And I’m out 1395$ I have all emails and text messages from the woman I ordered engine through CJ’S used auto Kristina *** she refuses to help with warranty as well Never gives any answers just skirts the issue She is who I gave my debit card number too She got 500$ and Toyo pros got 900$ She will answer But will not help the cause I have the warranty and what it covers But both of the above mentioned people will not help in the least bit I cannot believe people can run a business this way and live with themselves Something has to be done to stop further people from being used and their money stolen without any remorse or help from these companies Thank you for your time
