Every time you call to complain we were there to answer
your complaint assess the issue and addressed itWe had a appointment Monday a.mWe rang the doorbell, knocked on the door and called? the phone numbers we had for contactNo one answered the phone or the doorCome to find out your son was inside the whole time and didn't answer the doorNone of your questions or concerns ever went unansweredWe want to fix your drywall so we both can move on

Attached is the Warranty from Supreme Roofing dated May 14, Please let me know if you need any additional information I have a 3-page log of information since installation of the NEW roof by Supreme Roofing Thank you

Set up an estimate appointment very quickly A man came out and took pictures of the house and said he would have the estimate to us within a few daysdays go by and no estimate providedCalled numerous times during those two weeks for an answerNo one ever picked up the phoneLeft numerous voicemailsOnly got calls back(I missed one), finding out that they did not know why we did not have an estimate yet, and would look into itI went to the addresses listed on their pamphlet hoping to speak with a personOne location had a small room with a desk in the center with no one there, lights offThe other location was a P.OBoxTotal waste of timeThe person I spoke with on the phone never followed up to let me know why I was not given an estimate

I have attached the Workmanship warranty from Supreme roofing that which we are still within it's time limits. We have tried to contact them repeatedly to honor this warranty but they do not call us back. We have also contacted them via email with no response

We talked to the customer we visit their house inspected their roof and found the issues to be siding related

After I rejected the response, I wanted to explain why and could not find the place where to describe why I rejected it.  The initial complaint was NOT, again, NOT that I was upset because of the damages caused by the leaks and required repairing ceilings. The complaint against Supreme Roofing is that the sales representative assured me that once they put the new roof, there would not be any leaks again.  Supreme Roofing put the NEW roof product and the leaks have continued ever since.  What I need is for Supreme Roofing to fix, repair, fasten securely the roof product in the place where the roof product continues to pop-up (this is the word Joe from Supreme Roofing uses) causing the continuous LEAKS.  That is the real complaint.  I need for Supreme Roofing to guarantee the roof product they applied on a $13,000.00 will be secured in place so this coming rainy season and winter we do not experience any more leaks.  I want the guarantee in writing and their Warranty to be extended to 10-years. They do not have a problem with this extension because they stand by their workmanship and product.  Thank you

Yes, my son did call to reschedule and Joe from Supreme Roofing told him, he will call my son in 1-1/2 weeks to reschedule.  Joe told me the same.  Thank you
