I had a virus in my eye and after 5 weeks of them "attempting to help me", I sought out a 2nd opinion from [redacted] Eye Institute. They resolved the issue with just one visit. Additionally, Dr. [redacted] recommended an eye excretion process by Dr. [redacted] which I chose not to persue. When I mentioned this to the [redacted] eye doctor, he simply shook his head in disbelief and said that I did not need to have that done.
