Toyota Center- Three Rivers Campus

Review: on 10/23/14 I went to the box office and asked for 5 tickets for Disney on ice for sat Nov 1st at 7 pm and paid for them. the day of the event as my family was getting ready I went out to my car and retrieved the envelope with the tickets and opened the envelope only to find out that the box office clerk sold me tickets for the wrong time. I immediately drove down to the Toyota center and eventually spoke to the box office manager and she told me there was nothing she could do for me but sell me new tickets. I didn't want a refund all I wanted was tickets for the correct time I had requested but she told me I couldn't prove anything. I've emailed the vice president and have gotten no reply.Desired Settlement: I would like to at least get a phone call along with a refund or exchange for tickets for other events. I don't wanna feel robbed out of $125 especially since it was my kids that got robbed by not being able to go to that event
