Review: We placed an order and put down a $3000 deposit for a new vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered in 6 weeks.

After numerous follow ups we are informed - 6 weeks later - that they can no longer fill the contract with the vehicle or price given. They offer no substitutions or relief for the inconvenience. The bigger issue at large, however, is that , to this day, they have failed to refund the deposit that was put down for the vehicle.

The Manager of the store, [redacted], informed me that without a receipt they will not do the refund.

I have been waiting for 2 months for a refund. (The deposit was given on July *, 2013)Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit refunded with interest, and an apology for the lack of professionalism.

We're sorry that you feel that we acted unprofessionally. In reviewing the facts and all associated documents, I can clearly see that you placed your order for a vehicle on 7/*/13 and were advised that the factory may not accept your special request. We kept you informed of the status of your order at regular intervals as well as updates whenever you made additional inquiries.

Unfortunately your order was ultimately rejected by Toyota. You requested your deposit be refunded on 9/**/13 and our office processed your refund on 9/**/13 as requested. Considering the timeline involved here, even suggesting that you have been waiting two months for a refund is absurd.

We have nothing to gain by not delivering the vehicle that you ordered. We're equally disappointed that the factory would not furnish the vehicle as requested.
