2- No one at Gary Force Toyota offered a brake inspection
3- The vehicle I purchased from Gary Force Toyota should not have passed the Toyota Point Inspection for Certification *** ***, Used Car Manager at Gary Force Toyota, admitted he missed several issues on this car during the certification inspection

The following is Toyota of Bowling Green's response to [redacted] L. [redacted]'s complaint. The dealership performed the Toyota certified inspection properly. The dealership obtained a Carfax on the vehicle which showed clean, with no damage. The dealership had no knowledge of any damage to the vehicle...

Mr. [redacted] purchased. In response to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint when he discovered the vehicle had prior damage, the dealership gave him a Platinum Wrap Warranty, at no cost to him. The dealership offered to trade with Mr. [redacted], on another vehicle. Mr. [redacted] had a complaint about the brakes, so the dealership offered a free brake inspection by our service department.

The following is Toyota of Bowling Green’s response to the second letter received from the Revdex.com, in regard to [redacted] L. [redacted]’s reply to our first letter. I ([redacted]) did indeed contact the [redacted] dealership three times about the vehicle in question. I suppose that dealership would rather make a direct sale to a retail customer than wholesale the vehicle to another dealership. l ([redacted]) personally offered Mr. [redacted] a free brake inspection. The three missing bolts and three missing pushpins, that were missing from the inner fenders, have been replaced free of charge. As was stated in the first response, the dealership gave Mr. [redacted] a Platinum Wrap Warranty. He accepted this warranty and seemed to be pleased. We previously offered to trade vehicles with Mr. [redacted], which he did not accept at that time. Mr. [redacted] has threatened to turn this matter over to his attorney and as a result of that threat we have ceased communication with him. Mr. [redacted] will have to address any further communication to our attorney.
