Our initial response provided clarification and documentation to address Ms [redacted] concernsMs [redacted] was under no obligation to purchase the vehicle if she had any reservations in regards to the vehicle or the salesman’s statements We have no further response to Ms [redacted] unless she opts to have the vehicle repaired at our facility Thank you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The car that I purchased has been sitting at another dealer for over monthsYou haven’t even taken the time to get it towed to your servce department and have it diagnosed by somebody at your companyI understand that the price you’re quoting me is lower than what I was quoted at another dealer, but why not at least give me the courtesy of doing your own diagnoses on the vehicle I bought at your location? Also, in your response to my complaint, you say an inspection was omdone on 9/27/2017, “the day before” I purchased the vehicle, but that’s a lie because I bought the vehicle on Saturday, 10/7/and the car wasn’t out in your lot yet because “it hadn’t been inspected yet” was what the salesman told meFurthermore, if it had been inspected as you say in your response, why wasn’t I allowed to test drive it outside of the dealer parking lot and why did I have to take it to get fixed within the first week of purchase and the brake pads and rotors had to be replaced? I also had to take it back to get cleaned from the insideThere was dog hair, dirt, and mud on the carpet inbetween the seats and in the trunkWhy haven’t you actually taken the time to try and diagnose the problem yourself and come to a solution? Out of all the dealerships I visited, this had the best customer service. I was very impressed with Ryan and his genuine interest in helping me.

I went in to many other car dealers, only to be ignored or talked down to in a condescending manner.

Ryan and Toyota of Brookfield were the most professional and Ryan had a genuine, caring attitude. He was not overly pushy as some car salesman are. I appreciate that.

While I did not purchase the vehicle their I test drove, this is one dealership I would recommend. They were the only place that had superior customer service out of 6 dealers I went to.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Of course you have no further responseYou knowingly lied to a customer and sold a bad carYou rippd me offIf you’re not going to stand behind the products you sell, you shouldn’t be in businessYou have the worst customer service practices I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal withYou brush off the fact that you lied about the condition of the car you sold meYou try to shut me up by saying that you’re willing to fix it at the price you gave me, but you care nothing about the fact that if you would have properly inspected the vehicle and had me wait and come back a few days later, like the salesman had said at first, this would not have happenedBut the fact is that you cared more about making a quick buck on a bogus sale, than you did about doing right by your customer.

Our initial response provided clarification and documentation to address Ms. [redacted] concerns. Ms. [redacted] was under no obligation to purchase the vehicle if she had any reservations in regards to the vehicle or the salesman’s statements.   We have no further response to Ms. [redacted] unless she opts to have the vehicle repaired at our facility.  Thank you

We fully acknowledged and understand Ms. [redacted] frustration in this matter.      We have offered to replace the vehicle’s engine for a price well below another dealers’ estimate of over $8000.00.      Ms. [redacted] signed...

an acknowledgment of the vehicle being sold “AS IS” on her vehicle and declined to purchase the extended warranty coverage presented to her at the time of the vehicle purchase.     Ms. [redacted] signed the copy of the Wisconsin Buyers Guide which detailed all of the items required by law inspected by our technician.  The safety was completed on 9/29/2017, the day before Ms. [redacted] purchased the vehicle.  Unfortunately, it was the timing belt that later broke on the vehicle and due to it being an internal part of the vehicle, there was no way to check the belt without extensive “tear down”.   It is for issues such as this which are not detectible during the safety inspection that we offer Extended Warranty coverage. Ms. [redacted] or any other customer opting not to purchase coverage for such an event does not obligate the dealership to cover the repairs.     We have worked to reduce down to cost the repair work necessary to replace the engine on the vehicle.  Our offer continues to stand that we will replace the vehicle’s engine for the greatly reduced price of $6100.00.

The car that I purchased has been sitting at another dealer for over 2 months. You haven’t even taken the time to get it towed to your servce department and have it diagnosed by somebody at your company. I understand that the price you’re quoting me is lower than what I was quoted at another dealer, but why not at least give me the courtesy of doing your own diagnoses on the vehicle I bought at your location? Also, in your response to my complaint, you say an inspection was omdone on 9/27/2017, “the day before” I purchased the vehicle, but that’s a lie because I bought the vehicle on Saturday, 10/7/2017 and the car wasn’t out in your lot yet because “it hadn’t been inspected yet” was what the salesman told me. Furthermore, if it had been inspected as you say in your response, why wasn’t I allowed to test drive it outside of the dealer parking lot and why did I have to take it to get fixed within the first week of purchase and the brake pads and rotors had to be replaced?
