A refund was issued on June 8,2016, the service contract was purchased on 11-1-14. The refund amount was $902.32, based upon his mileage at the time of cancellation. Mr [redacted] purchased a 6yr 100,000 mile service contract for $1299.00. The refund was a pro rated amount based upon... mileage and amount of useage.
