Spent k on a carALWAYS had it serviced there dropped my car off Fri for servicegot it back Sat with EXTRA miles on it.They admitted to test drive it would have been under They claim nobody drove itYet, It had a full tank of gas at pick upWhich they DONT do Gas is put on a Company credit cardThey COULDN'T find the chargeIt had 1/when I left itperson tried to say maybe they made a mistake and thought it was the rental vehiclewith my personal stuff inside? Yep yelled at us and kicked us out! Great customer service! We were SHOCKED We have photos to PROVE the miles at pick up AND drop offShows gas tooWe asked for them to look at video Cams to see who took it.They said they didnt have a access We're also told they leave your keys laying aroundNobody has to sign them out and they're not lockedAnyone could just grab a set of keys and take a ride BIG RUN AROUND for daysI could go on and onNothing but EXCUSESWhich we have proof to prove ALL differentlyThey then text a satisfaction text which I replied negativlySTILL no contact from anyoneI asked to make sure somebody gets your responses and they do OWNER BOB REFUSED TO TALK TO USHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had a deposit down on a powerwagon along with a few things they were going to fixWhen we arrived to buy the powerwagon they couldn't find the credit application and they went back on the deal to fix the few minor things they were going to fixThey sold it to someone elseSorry to whoever is buying this because we had them way below sticker price and I'm sure you didn't get that kind of a dealThat's why they took your deal because you were paying a lot more then you should have

Yet, It had a full tank of gas at pick up. Which they DONT do. Gas is put on a Company credit card. They COULDN'T find the charge. It had 1/4 when I left it. 1 person tried to say maybe they made a mistake and thought it was the rental vehicle.. with my personal stuff inside?
Called "manager" Scott. NEVER did I hear from him.

Bought a vehicle, unhappy with it. Brakes, fan, no mats and transmission. Asked to return it and was told that was not going to happen. Bought an FJ Cruiser in March and from the start there were issues. After paying for the vehicle communication stopped. Had to take half a day off of work to help dealership register vehicle, had to pay extra fees that I was never told about, sent a letter from DMV that my license was suspended because vehicle had not gone through emissions. Was promised mats and had to hound dealership for six weeks to get them, salesman impossible to get a hold of. Is as if this dealership had never sold a car out of state before. Vehicle had issues firm the beginning, brakes made noises, fan was making noises and now the transmission feels like it's slipping. Said I wanted to return vehicle and salesman told me "that's not going to happen". Owner got involved after six weeks and offered to pick up the car and check it out (2 1/2 hours away from my home) I asked if I could bring it to a dealership close to home that I trusted and I was told I could but would have to pay for it. Follow up call with salesman did not go well, was told I should have known about the extra fees and that there was no way I could return the vehicle. Contacted owner again and was told I was overreacting. Don't trust this dealership and would love to return the vehicle. Buying experience has been a nightmare. The dealer has personally offerred to pick up car and address the allegations of fan noise and brakes, although the car was inspected prior to being delivered. Customer has refused the offer repeatedly to pick up, provide a loaner car, repair as needed, and return his vehicle.Consumer Response The fact that this dealership and owner think this is all about floor mats is not surprising. According to them they have never done anything wrong in the history of their dealership and I'm overreacting about having to pay extra fees and getting a letter from the DMV about my license being suspended. I offered an alternative to being inconvenienced once again by asking if I could take the vehicle to a local dealership I trusted and they told me to go ahead but your paying for it, then insulted the other dealership. I also am supposed to feel incredibly thankful because the owner graciously contacted me directly. I have made an appointment for Tuesday to take the vehicle down to [redacted] which is 15 minutes from my house and have them go through the car. As I said before if I have to eat the vehicle I will but I am not happy with it. I will let everyone know what they find. The dealership should have registered the car, the dealer should have taken care of the emissions, the dealer should have taken care of any issues that the car had before selling it to me as new, the dealership should have communicated better. All these things were not "my choice". Instead of putting all your energies into attempting to characterize the complaint as a "tirade" and insulting your customers and competitors, why don't you focus our energy on doing what you are supposed to do when you sell a car, what a joke.Final Business Response There's nothing more to add. The car has a Toyota factory warranty and there is nothing wrong with the car?? I'm moving on -so should he since all of the issues have been addressed multiple times
