the day this is a situation where a business made certain promises and then failed to live up to them.  Their sales manager called me the day after I filed the complaint and offered the solution of selling the vehicle to us for more money than originally agreed to.  Even $1 more than our original agreement is too much.  I chose not to accept his offer because it was still worse than the original offer that we agreed to.  At this point we will be looking to take our business elsewhere to a more reputable and honest dealer.  Unfortunately I can't get time back for the evening that we wasted hanging out at the dealer under the impression that we were actually going to buy a car.   Sincerely,[redacted]
