I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However they are making it sound a lot smoother than it actually went I was the one to reach out to them to find they ordered the wrong part they first offered me a rental car for $a day I declined then when my car was still not ready they offered a free rental car as I had suggested in the beginning
