service.Our records indicate that Toyota of Laredo conducted extensive reconditioning of this vehicle before it Was offered for sale AS ISIncluded in this reconditioning process was an alignment of the vehicle shortly before Mr*** purchased the vehicleWe believe that Mr*** was misled by his mechanic in re-aligning the vehicleOur reconditioning process also ensures that all factory recommended maintenance is up to dateFlushing a system is not on the manufacturer's recommended listWhile vehicle owners sometimes opt for these services, they are not required.Mr*** did bring us the vehicle on 10/when we replaced a lightbulb and did a system check which came out fineHe was unable to provide us with any actual gas mileage testAt this time, we believe the gas mileage to be for a full size cylinder carIn any event Mr*** has a vehicle service contract on the vehicle.The written record and interviews with management show that the only time that an interest rate was discussed was when the contract was presented to Mr*** for his signatureOur finance professional is fully trained on proper truth in lending disclosures and Mr*** signed the contract with the interest rate prominently displayedWe pride ourselves in getting the best finance rate the customer and deal structure qualifies for.Again, we are sorry to hear that Mr*** is not completely satisfiedUsed vehicles of this age and mileage must be sold on an AS IS basisKnowing the quality of the Toyota product, we are sure that this Vehicle will provide dependable transportation for many years and miles to come.

I am rejecting this response because: Who is this mr*** they keep mentioning? They never gave me a paper that says "as is" the vehicle is under 2yr or mile warranty!!! Tell them to check the name on the account! It's Mr*** *** *** not Mr***! They obviously not aware of who they sell cars too!!!!
