Mr*** *** into the dealership on 6/3/at 3:and met with *** ***, *** *** and *** *** to look at vehicles paint and found that all parties were in agreeance that the vehicle did need paint to be fixed and came up with an agreement with Mr*** That Mr*** was happy
with and will return to the dealership at a later date to have repaired

Alejandro came in to the dealership to express his concernsAfter a brief conversation and us letting Alejandro know that there would be no charges if he chose to cancel his credit cardAlejandro shook hands and went on his wayThis should close out the complaint

[redacted] purchased 2014 [redacted] Vin# [redacted]    07/08/2015. [redacted] brought the vehicle in for service on 01/19/2016 stating the vehicle stalled out and died when making turns. Toyota of Naperville road tested the vehicle 10 miles and found no codes or issues...

duplicating customer issue. [redacted] brought the vehicle in for service a second time on 01/26/2016 with the same stalling out concerns. Toyota of Naperville sent the 2014 [redacted] to [redacted] to diagnosis the vehicle. [redacted] drove the vehicle 30 additional miles and ran multiple tests on the 2014 [redacted] could not duplicate any stalling issues and the vehicle was returned to [redacted] Attached are the Repair orders for the 2 visits to Toyota of Naperville.  Toyota of Naperville would like to set up a service appointment and provide a rental vehicle to continue to pursue the issue for [redacted]
