At a minimum, we would like to be refunded the charges we had to pay for the inspections/mainton both vehicles Sincerely, [redacted]

I'd like to add an additional request to my complaintI would like to have the excessive credit inquiries taken off of my credit report

On the Ravwe performed Factory Recalls and a Multi-Point inspectionBased on that inpection we recommended a volt battery for the vehicle, key fob transmitter, rear axle shaft, axle seals and a transmission flushThe Night Drop Envelope attached made no refrence to Squeeling noise in
reverseMy first contact with Joe after the Ravwas servicedHe mentioned the sqeeling in reverse and that he thought the transmission service was performedIt was not, the service writer said he declined the transmission service due to the cost of $
On the Jeep (see attached work orders and the inspection sheet) the inspection was very indepth the first timeAfter talking to Joe, as a courtesy I asked him to bring the vehicles back in and I would inspect them at no chargeI also inform him I would perform the $transmission service at no chargeI also provide him days in a rental car at no charge$if I were to charge him for the rental
Reinspecting the Rav4, no problems were found
Reinpecting the Jeep, we came up with the same inpection results, as the first time we inspected it
As far as a settlement or a future repair at no costWe decline any further assisstance to MR***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The overall experience I had was unsatisfying. The only reason why I had the Rav4 receive the inspection from the dealership was to get the squealing noise inspected. This was discussed in person with Calvin before they started the inspection on the vehicle. I went ahead with the full inspection just to check the rest of the vehicle since it was already over 100k miles. After the detailed inspection and all the findings we decided to go ahead with all the maintenance needed since we bought the vehicle from you brand new and wanted to keep it for life. After we paid almost 2k, the same day I drove the Rav4 home the squealing reappeared after Calvin specifically said that the replacement of the rear axle fixed the problem.
I got the jeep inspected when I picked up the Rav4 since Toyota did such a good job finding all the problems on the Rav4. I received a text message from Calvin stating he couldn't inspect the front bearings due to my 4 wheel drive not working... I saved this text message. This didn't seem accurate and this is when I contacted the Manager. The manager did give us a free rental car while the vehicles were being re-inspected due to them not fixing the problem they originally said they fixed. However, it was still a huge inconvenience trying to bring our cars back and forth for over a month and the Rav4 still makes the squealing noise!
At a minimum, we would like to be refunded the charges we had to pay for the inspections/maint. on both vehicles.
Sincerely,[redacted]

I'd like to add an additional request to my complaint. I would like to have the excessive credit inquiries taken off of my credit report.
