since that discussion as she is aware this could take up to 4 weeks from the last time we talked. I have not heard from her since.

Review: I previously had a Scion tC 2013 I leased from Toyota scion Burlington NJ.

I had it serviced at Toyota Scion of Runnemede. I had a great experience with the service department. My tc was hit, and I brought it to this location because I felt comfortable and I wanted to bring business to them. Shortly after I received my estimate, a salesman [redacted] contacts me on July 28th and tells me he seen I came in to get an estimate they are in demand for my car and can get me into a new vehicle, I asked when he said that night most likely. I rushed there. I was interested in upgrading to a newer tC or FR-S.

To make this short, I seen the FR-S and I always liked it. I was there longer than the 30 minutes projected. And the amounts thrown at me were outrageous. I feel in so many words strung along, and taken advantaged of. The 2016 Fr-S from what I seen comes with rear reverse camera, 7.0 inch screen. A big upgrade from the 2015 I bought. They never once told me 2016s were available. I would have waited. Online I seen they were out since June 2015. My car has a basic sound system. The night I left with the car I was there about 5 hours. It was never detailed. I had to return to get it done. I later had surgery 8-7-15. Brought the car in.. I was unhappy with the job they did with paint. I felt as if it didn't fix any scratches, imperfections at all. I texted the salesman because I had to leave and he was with another customer, I was practically blown off. I'm trying to let this roll off my shoulder, but after all is said and done I'm paying $35k for this car and I'm not satisfied with this outcome what so ever. Another thing that bothered me is the price being projected at $525 then 509 500 489 475. They wouldn't go lower than $475. I was paying $330. My understanding in conversation with [redacted] and the supervisor was when they said they were "taking care" of the rest of my lease, I wouldn't be paying for it. At the end I found out a lot and I felt manipulated.Desired Settlement: I be switched into a 2016 Scion FR-S no cost to me.

Or the additional different features be added to my car.. scion parts

At no cost to me.

As for her going into an 2016 fr-s she is aware that this will up her payment, we finished the conversion to just fix her cosmetic concerns which we are willing to do. [redacted]General Manager

Review: Sold me a car over 2 months ago with out a clean title. Was told to drive it even though it was against the law. Fault was solely on them and no accommodation was made to fix the situation. Every time I reached out to them they were rude and/or crude to me. Was told I could get a different car but they ran my credit and made sure I wouldn't get another car. This was confirmed when I called and a salesman not only called me crude names about being a woman but said "no matter how much you try they will never let you get away from your car, so stop calling". No way to business or talk to anyone who has put down a lot of money down on a car that should have never been soldDesired Settlement: Have told them repeatedly that I need my tags or a legal way for me to get around because they messed up. No remedy has been made other than surrender the car which the bank said would ding my credit so I would not be able to get a car for years. Driving my car illegally for weeks, not driving a car that I have put a lot of money into and still having to pay for, and ruining my chances at getting at a car in the future are not an acceptable answer.
