To whom it may concern, Case #12464014. The response to the customer [redacted]: This customer bought a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from us in early march 2017. There was some miscommunication on our end on if he was going to finance with us. So the title and sat in limbo for longer than it should of....

The title was sent back to us instead of the customer’s  bank. We finally received the  title and it was delivered to Mr. [redacted] credit union that he requested.
