Colonial Toyota is an authorized Toyota deal that sells and services new and used cars.  The store facilitates loans with various banks, such loans or leases are assigned and owned by the bank so essentially the customer signed a binding contract with the bank.  This was as all leases are...

a closed end lease, the customers concerns and questions should be directed to [redacted].  As far as the trade in value in relation to the customers outstanding balance the customer answered his own concern by going to [redacted] and was provided with an even lower trade number.
