When presenting figures, and arranging financing for a new customer we use our past experience based on the credit report provided by Dealertrack services Based off the customer’s credit report we gave the customer an estimate of 4.69% The customer signed a condition of finance in the business office which allows the dealership to obtain promised financed terms and rates within business days The bushing log also states that terms and agreements are subject to change until banks final approval The final approval from the bank was 6.69% The customer was notified within that period of business days regarding the rate increase At that time the customer has a choice to sign at the higher rate or rescind the contract Both the dealership and the customer decided to rescind the contract and not bind the customer to the banks final approval of 6.69% Larson Toyota is not a financial institution and cannot provide interest rates beyond what is provided by our lenders The customer is not obligated to purchase a vehicle from Larson Toyota, has the option to explore their own financing

After several attempts via phone, we were able to connect with Ms*** this morning, we had the wrong phone number on file previous to this Revdex.com ComplaintWe have updated our records and connected the customer with our Finance Department to address all of her questions
