Review: I purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla from Toyota of Waldorf. I had a price and payment stipulation when I purchased the vehicle. I told them I was not going to purchase the vehicle unless I could have it on biweekly payments. Making 26 payments instead of 12 monthly payments. I was reassured by [redacted] my salesman who now denies our conversation. When I went to the finance department I asked the same question and was told they do not offer this service in store but I can set it up with [redacted]l when my payment is due and it will not be a problem. I called [redacted]l today and was told I could not and they do not offer any time of payment plan like this. Many other dealers offer this service and I would have gladly given them my business if I had known this was not an option.Desired Settlement: I either want a good suggestion or plan to figure out how to get the billing the desired way that I was informed I was going to receive, I would like to be compensated for their lies and deception monetarily or I would like to give the car back to the dealership.

Review: I purchased a 2014 Toyota [redacted] on 6/20/2014. I was told that my purchased certified used car was under warranty and that I would be receiving free maintenance on my vehicle. When I took my vehicle to [redacted] Toyota in [redacted], Maryland to have it serviced after 10,000 miles I was told that I did not have a Toyota Care Plan and that I had to pay 90.40 out of pocket for maintenance. I called and emailed Toyota and received no response. However, when I was attempting to purchase my vehicle I could not get them to stop calling.Desired Settlement: I would like my maintenance agreement as promised as well as a full refund of the 90.40 that I paid to have my car serviced. My car only has 12,000 miles on it. It should still be under warranty therefore I should not have been charged.

Review: I purchased a 2009 Toyota [redacted] brand new. Recently when I would accelerate and get the vehicle up to about 30 or 40 miles per hour the vehicle would shutter. I thought I had purchased gas that maybe had water in it. After treating the vehicle for this and the condition persisted, I took the vehicle to Toyota of Waldorf. I was told that I needed a new transmission and given a repair estimate of approximately $4,000. My vehicle at the time had 130,000 miles on it. This sounded a bit far fetched. I came home and did some research on the internet and discovered that a TSB notice had been issued for this vehicle because of wide spread reports of the torque converter flex lockup shudder. The TSB notice was [redacted]. I went back to Toyota with this information in hand and was told that this TSB notice did not pertain to my vehicle. I was told that the notice only pertained to a certain engine and transmission combinations. I was also told that because my vehicle was outside of the warranty period of $100,000 miles, I was not covered anyway.I questioned the dealer that if Toyota was having problems with the torque converter flex lockup shudder what difference did it make as to what miles the vehicle had on it at the time the lockup occurred and what difference did it make regarding the engine and transmission problem. If this is a widespread problem with the Toyota [redacted], I felt like Toyota should have been willing to cover the repair. After all, apparently Toyota was allowed to issue a TSB notice instead of a full recall notice.I was offered a credit of the $50 that I paid for the diagnosis towards my $4,000 transmission.I am filing this complaint for two reasons to actually see if in fact my vehicle should have been covered by the TSB notice and if not to allow Toyota the opportunity to correct what obviously is a widespread problem with the [redacted]s. If not, I am hoping that this complaint will be posted on the website to alert other prospective Toyota [redacted] buyers.Desired Settlement: I would like for Toyota to either replace my transmission or replace the torque converter which is a lot cheaper than a new transmission.
