This complaint was investigated by [redacted] ***l, Customer Relations Manager and [redacted] ***, Service Director, at Toyota of Watertown:I( [redacted] ***) contacted the customer to address her concernsAfter reviewing her paperwork I apologized for any miscommunication and offered to have our shop foreman go over each recommended item on her car at no cost or obligationThat offer was declined as the customer does not want to return to the dealerI could find no record of customer paying for spark plugs however we issued a refund check as goodwill for $as requested on complaintIn addition we are sending the customer detailed warranty enhancement information on what was done for her at no charge in January (Note: all the engine that was done was covered by Toyota Motor Corporation with no charge to the customer.) Toyota of Watertown takes great pride in our service department and strive to provide great service to every customerWe've been building our business here for nearly years and realize customer trust is vitalWe're prepared to leave the offers mentioned above open in case the customer has a change of mindWe'd like to make things right on her behalf if at all possible[redacted] ***###-###-#### [redacted]

I have received there letter in the mail and would like the work order I signed when I dropped off my car the first time, which I will request from them tomorrow. They specifically stated they were rebuilding my engine and now they are saying that they did not.

I could find no record of customer paying for spark plugs however we issued a refund check as goodwill for $60.00 as requested on complaint. In addition we are sending the customer detailed warranty enhancement information on what was done for her at no charge in January 2017. (Note: all the engine that was done was covered by Toyota Motor Corporation with no charge to the customer.) Toyota of Watertown takes great pride in our service department and strive to provide great service to every customer. We've been building our business here for nearly 60 years and realize customer trust is vital. We're prepared to leave the offers mentioned above open in case the customer has a change of mind.
