RavShe did come back in to cancel the extended warranty the next weekWe had already submitted the extended service contract to Toyota Motor Sales LISA, but it does take a couple of weeks for the service contract information to show up in their computer systemWe did submit the cancellation to Toyota and again it takes a couple of weeks for things to get processed through their systemThe service contract was included on the bank contract for financing along with the balance due on the vehicle, therefore, the refund for the canceled extended service contract must be refunded to the financing bankWe received notice from Toyota on August 11, that the extended service contract was officially canceledToyota sends the refund directly to the bank as requiredWe arc sorry this process does take a little time and not instantly as Ms*** wanted itThe funds should arrive at her bank any day nowSincerely, Jon S*** Comptroller
