Toyota Rent a Car of Houston

I rented a vehicle for a day...my rental started 20 minutes prior to the COB. I was scheduled to return the vehicle the following evening and shared with the agent that I might not be able to return the vehicle by the time that they close. I was then instructed that I could still return the vehicle without a problem because the dealership didn't close until 9pm and I could still drop it off and give the keys to anyone within the dealership. I asked the customer service agent are sure that's no problem. Again I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem and there wouldn't be an additional charge, but I would be responsible for the vehicle until they opened in the morning. Meaning that I would be responsible for any damage to the vehicle. Unfortunately I wasn't able to dropped off the vehicle by the COB of the dealership, but did drop the vehicle off that evening, which was 11pm. This is documented on the dropoff sheet as well as with security, which had to help me find the place to drop of the keys as well as a place to leave the vehicle in an area that was acceptable. I called at 7am to ensure that they had a record of the vehicle being dropped off. Spoke with the same customer service agent and he assured me that everything was fine and that he was checking it in at that time. Today [redacted] I viewed by bank account and noted that I had been charged for 2 days. I called to get clarification and the treatment that I recieved from the [redacted], who is the same person that I dealt with from the beginning was totally unacceptable. He refused to listen to my concerns, overtalked me, yelled throughout the conversation, refused to give me his managers phone number and then proceeded to hang up the phone up on me. I did receive a call from [redacted] who stated that she was his manager and we were able to discuss the situation and she did offer a refund...but the service and treatment that I recieved from the local manager was totally unacceptable
