We certainly apologize to [redacted] for any miscommunication in regards to the sale of this vehicleThis truck was sold before we were able to complete his transactionThe reason it is still showing on the website at the time of his complaint is we were waiting for a bracket to finish installing a snow plow that was purchased in conjunction with the vehicleOne great thing about Kendall is we do have an extremely large selection of vehicles between our many storesWe offered before but will extend again our assistance to help locate a similar vehicle that would best work for FiyadWhile it was a nice truck it certainly is not one of a kind and can be replaced with something else if [redacted] is willingWe extend our deepest apologizes to you sir (Fiyad) for any hardship you may feel we have caused you

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
My mother [redacted] bought a 2016 Toyota Tundra and I had purchaded a used Audi from Kendall Toyota. My vehicle did not come with a factory warranty, this information is completely inaccurate. I had been in numerous times to discuss my concerns and requested Kendall please fix my car. They have the records on file regarding replacing my turbo booster then within a week I brought my Audi back regarding the pinching noise following the install of the new turbo. They are not disclosing all of their records, in which I have copies of. Sincerely,[redacted]

I do apologize you are unhappy with your service experience as I whole heartedly expressed to you when we talked a few weeks ago. At the time of your visit we had no prior history with your vehicle so the first thing did after check-in was inspect...

the vehicle. Your vehicle is 6 years old with 89,737 miles and again since we had not seen it before we inspected it carefully. It was very clearly documented on technician work order that “ 3 hub caps broken on arrival”. 
 
I do apologize again for the filter issue. We do not have any notes in the system saying you declined the filter but we will 100% own that as a miscommunication on our part. We would be very happy to refund the charge for the filter. In regards to the hubcaps regretfully I cannot be of assistance to you on those. They were broken when you checked in. I'm very sorry if you were unaware of that but that is the case. 
 
As offered before if you had a negative experience we do want to make it right. If the oil change was preformed improperly we are happy to do it again for free at your next service. We are more then happy to reimburse you for a filter said you declined if you feel that was our fault. The only thing we are not able to do is assist with parts that were broken upon your arrival. Again I am very sorry if you are unhappy with that answer.

Hello, I regret the past messages from you were sent to my "junk" email. I would like to scan my work order receipt to you because Doug is not being honest when he states" 3 hubcaps were reported broken". I had just had the [redacted] put my summer tires on and they did not have any report of my hubcaps being broken. Please advise as I honestly did not receive your messages about this case until just now. I assumed Bend Toyota of Bend just failed to respond. Thank you,
