I recently wanted to purchase a Prius, something in the Prius Four category for the adjustable leatherette seats and moonroofI had the good fortune to work with Jessica W [redacted] and her manager Jonathan to find the best deal possibleWhen my trawas not as attractive I had thought, they found ways to 'help' the overall price to make up for some of thatI always felt Jessica was doing all she could to secure the best deal for meI was even able to get a couple extra days to consider the deal, despite the vehicle being a 'hot' itemI could not be happier with the way I was take care of by Jessica and Toyota Sunnyvale

I brought my Toyota Prius for service, which I paid through a package several months agoThen I received a call from the service department tell me that the wiper and bulb need to be replace and the cost will be less than $I agreed but was shocked when I came to pick up my car later in the afternoonI was presented a bill of $- note that this is above and beyond what I already paid for the service package! Looking at the details of the bill, I was charged $for mass air flow sensor cleaning, and another $throttle body cleaning, which I did not authorize at all! My car was in fairly new condition which I bought in and there was no problem at all, I do not understand why it needs the "cleaning" and in my mind, it is just the way for them to make money, especially that I did not authorize such charge over $
I called and talked to the manager but they did not admit it, and kept saying that I authorized it by phoneI am very disappointed by this and suggest to watch out for unnecessary charges such as "cleaning" when you bring your car to service, or better yet, just find another business with some integrity for your car service!

Toyota Sunnyvale neglected to honor a verbal agreement and internal memo to not cash a personal check for $57,until July
I concluded the purchase of a Toyota Highlander by providing a personal check for the full amount due: $57,I requested that the check not be cashed until July 11, to which I was given verbal agreementI was shown that a note to this effect was also entered into their computerContrary to our verbal agreement, and their internal memo, Toyota Sunnyvale prematurely cashed my check on July causing my account balance to become negative
Upon my subsequent meeting with the staff, I was offered a letter of explanation, on company letterhead, directed to my bank (Bank of America), attesting that Toyota Sunnyvale was negligent in honoring our verbal agreement and their internal memo to not cash my check until July I was assured that this letter would be prepared immediately and delivered within a weekIt has been two weeks since this meeting, and

Avoid this dishonest dealership! They don't honor their advertised pricing
I drove a half an hour to buy an advertised ravon their website inventory, and the price also showed up on truecar and other apps and websites but the manager Johnathan rudely dismissed it as an error saying there's no way we will honor that, period! He said there's a disclosure on their website but didn't seem to know where it was! A dealership without integrity doesn't deserve your business especially with other dealerships five minutes away
CA courts have already ruled in favor of a customer that received similar treatment at a dealership regarding honoring their advertising but I just don't have the time or energy for that, but maybe you do!
On the positive side, Ali was a nice salesman
