that Toyota West was able to get involved and contact the warranty company and
the repair facility that Mr. [redacted] took his truck too. It is unfortunate how
long it took and out of our control since he didn't contact us for 7 weeks.
After he contact the store we immediately took...
action to expedite the repair
and get the coverage by the warranty company. He is now getting a rebuilt motor
put in his 120,000 mile truck. Unfortunately the warranty company only covers
the 6 days of rental but at the end of the process he should have a good
running engine in his truck. As a small business owner himself Mr. [redacted] said that he would update the Revdex.com with a good review if we could expedite the
repair and get a new engine put in his truck. I am sure that he will live up to
his commitment and update this complaint.
