Ms [redacted] brought her 4Runner in for service and fixed her hornThe only thing left is fixing the windshield and her sales associate [redacted] has left her a voice mailThis was a situation where the customer bought the vehicle prior to us getting the chance to recondition itI am glad we have gotten things worked out
[redacted] , [redacted] at Toyota West met with [redacted] to investigate her claims and gather some information Toyota West would like to thank [redacted] for bring her concerns to the attention of management and would liek to help customer get a vehilce once she has proof of income from her new job She said that she may be back and also has some friends she may send over to purchase vehicles at Toyota West Sincerely, [redacted]
I am glad that Toyota West was able to get involved and contact the warranty company and the repair facility that Mr [redacted] took his truck tooIt is unfortunate how long it took and out of our control since he didn't contact us for weeks After he contact the store we immediately took action to expedite the repair and get the coverage by the warranty companyHe is now getting a rebuilt motor put in his 120,mile truckUnfortunately the warranty company only covers the days of rental but at the end of the process he should have a good running engine in his truckAs a small business owner himself Mr [redacted] said that he would update the Revdex.com with a good review if we could expedite the repair and get a new engine put in his truckI am sure that he will live up to his commitment and update this complaint
