Mr***'s original email indicated he felt that his order had not been filled with a "NEW MP Skywarp" because "...the box was already open -
tape cut." And, continuing with, "Upon opening the package, the usual restraints that hold the figure in place were missing and the item was easily removed from the plastic." However, the MP-11SW - MASTERPIECE SKYWARP Mr*** ordered and received is advertised on our site with this note: Note: Due to China toy compliance no figures are factory sealedThis is the same for all MP-11SWPlease follow this link to the product: http://tfsource.com/masterpiece/mp-11sw-skywarp/He received a new, direct from the factory, product
Our Service Manager's email reply to Mr*** included an explanation for the lack of "restraints" in the packaging, "I do not believe that any ties were used to hold the figure in placeAs in the case of the MP-Starscream no ties were used to hold the figure into the plastic shell, which the Skywarp is simply a repaint of that (MP-Starscream) figure."
Insofar as the loose wing Mr***'s Skywarp exhibited, our service manager has made this statement:
"The issue with this figure is that the right wing may be slightly looser than the left wing once you un-peg the wing for transformation from robot mode to alt (alternate) modeWhen the wing is pegged into the figure correctly both wings are fit securely in placeThis may or may not be present on all of these figures but I have looked at other figures we had in the warehouse and each figure shows the same issue of the right wing being looser than the left when un-pegged from the figureOnce the wings are pegged into the figure there is no issue on the wings."
Our reference to "defective", in our email response to Mr***'s report of the loose wing on his Skywarp is inaccurateThe word "defective" eludes to a less than optimum detail prevalent in all of that same product leaving the factoryFinding only two other figures exhibiting this random characteristic, our response more correctly would have been "quality control" issue
TFsource puts hundreds of toys into the hands of our customers every month, any of which could, but most often do not, exhibit a less than optimum characteristicWe are pleased that Mr*** has been satisfied with of the items he purchased from TFsource
Addressing the "Desired Outcome" Mr*** is seeking and stated as the following, "...I feel it is appropriate to at least ask for a partial credit to compensate for this." We are hopeful that Mr*** will consider returning the Skywarp, and accompanying collectors' coin, to us for a full refundWe will provide a self-addressed FedEx label to eliminate any additional cost on his part

A refund is great as it was what I originally asked forThe only issue is that I never received a collector's coinThank you for bring that to my attentionI wasn't aware that I actually ordered it with one as I don't usually care for those thingsWhere would this coin have been? I searched the boxes and I cannot find itPlease advise
