On Feb 8, 2018, I ordered a Little tikes cozy coup (30th anniversary addition) red and yellow. On Feb. 16, 2018, I received a Police Car Cozy Coup. This was not the item I order for my granddaughter. I immediately emailed Toywat and then a few days letter tried to reach them by phone. They are not responding. I left 2 bad reviews on their site but they do not appear. You are taking a chance by ordering from this company.
They canceled my order with the statement of not being able to ship to a PO box! There's not even a P in my address, so how did they get that? After wAiting over a week with multiple emails and calls non return am going to find every place I can post a review and tell what HORRIBLE customer service they have ????
Review: We purchased a Schwinn Easy Steer Trike, Black from Toywat.com, on April 9, 2016, as a birthday present for our 2 year old daughter. The order number was [redacted]. The free shipping time period was 2 to 6 days, so we had no worries that we would receive the trike by the birthday of April 25th. We had yet to receive the order by the week of April 18th, so my wife emailed Toywat.com on 2 separate occasions to get status of the order and did not receive a response. I then emailed them again on Thursday on April 21, 2016 and finally received the following response:
"Dear customer,
According to our shipping policy, we will ship your merchandise within in 2 - 5 business days from the ordering day. Delivery time may varies from 3-15 business days. Occasionally there will be 1-2 day delays due to stocking out and/or inclement weather. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will resolve this matter as soon as possible.
If you couldn't wait your item. please reply this email to cancel it.
Sincerely,"
I then replied back to them and asked them if the order was going to be shipped soon and if they could ship overnight to resolve the delay issue. Instead of responding, they simply canceled our order. We are very disappointed with the customer service and feel the 2 to 6 days free shipping advertised is deceptive to the consumer as our order still had not shipped as of Thursday, April 21st, 2016. Again, we submitted the order on April 9, 2016. At least have the common courtesy to reach out to the consumer and provide an update. We are extremely disappointed.Desired Settlement: I first wanted to file this complaint to ensure it was on record with the Revdex.com to ensure other consumers are protected. We also believe we should receive some type of compensation from the Toywat.com as the delay in delivery and failure to actively communicate with the consumer is going to cause unnecessary stress in trying to find another consumer that sells the product at the last minute.
