Information: Request by senior engineer edison had RMA before, now replacement has the same problem. Often disconnect Internet, the LED of Internet became red.  Problem happens per 5min, need to rebuild the connection. ISP check the line, is OK. ISP give him a router, work fine. four clients, 2 Samsung, 1 iPhone, 1 laptop.  Customer doesn't want to troubleshooting anymore, want a refund, otherwise he will write a report to Revdex.com and the FTC. Told the customer that we can give him a Archer C2300 as replacement, he agreed. As we have come to a agreed upon solution there is no reason for a Revdex.com complaint to be open.   Best Rrgards
