T.P.D STORAGE In the years we have been doing business with some customers a month I believe this is the second time I have had a complaintI do not feel the Revdex.com should threaten companies with sharing my companies name and information and not sharing the complaints in formation before it goes in front of your legal system [redacted] is only a third partyH! did not sign the leaseMs [redacted] is who signed the lease as st e is an adult; I would like to know in what capacity Mr [redacted] is acting In? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As [redacted] indicates, his storage units are twelve years old It is true that I sent a check for $to my niece to provide to Mr [redacted] for the damage that was supposedly done to the door In fact, as he admits, he overlocked the door so that my niece could not remove any of her belongings and then began racking up charges for non-payment of the rent The problem I have with this entire business operation is that there was clearly never any actual damage to this cheap, aluminum door I was unaware of the lack of damage until I arrived on the scene in January to clear out the unit and bring this matter to a conclusion Now I understand why my niece, [redacted] ***, never paid him for the door #1, there is no damage to the door which [redacted] necessarily caused and #2, the small indentation which I did see when I arrived on the site in January was easily "pushed out." My [redacted] is attempting to have me replace his year old door when in fact it was years old and, in fact, there was no permanent damage And, most likely, whatever damage was caused, was likely done by snow removal equipment catching the pull strings which are attached to each of those doors at the bottom The bottom line is I don't care and am not responsible to "update his year old facility" because he thinks he can bully a single mother by keeping her from removing her belongings She rightfully withheld the payment for his door because it wasn't permanently damaged and was never damaged by my niece I will forward to you, the Revdex.com, the pictures that I took the day that I arrived at the facility The door was in completely, fully functioning condition Of course, I only gained access to the facility by paying for the door and for the many months of back rent that my niece could not afford to pay while the storage was overlocked I apologize for not attaching the pictures here, but they are on my cell phone and I cannot attach them hereI will forward them to you under another email with this complaint ID number It will follow very shortly Regards, [redacted]

Please read our first letter we sent youMs *** brought this all on herself by holding a check belonging to land lord from July 23, to Jan 19, It was Ms *** fault that caused all thisWe are closing our files on this case

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As [redacted] indicates, his storage units are twelve years old.  It is true that I sent a check for $795.00 to my niece to provide to Mr. [redacted] for the damage that was supposedly done to the door.  In fact, as he admits, he overlocked the door so that my niece could not remove any of her belongings and then began racking up charges for non-payment of the rent.  The problem I have with this entire business operation is that there was clearly never any actual damage to this cheap, aluminum door.  I was unaware of the lack of damage until I arrived on the scene in January 2015 to clear out the unit and bring this matter to a conclusion.  Now I understand why my niece, [redacted], never paid him for the door.  #1, there is no damage to the door which [redacted] necessarily caused and #2, the small indentation which I did see when I arrived on the site in January 2015 was easily "pushed out."  My [redacted] is attempting to have me replace his 12 year old door when in fact it was 12 years old and, in fact, there was no permanent damage.  And, most likely, whatever damage was caused, was likely done by snow removal equipment catching the pull strings which are attached to each of those doors at the bottom.  The bottom line is I don't care and am not responsible to "update his 12 year old facility" because he thinks he can bully a single mother by keeping her from removing her belongings.  She rightfully withheld the payment for his door because it wasn't permanently damaged and was never damaged by my niece.  I will forward to you, the Revdex.com, the pictures that I took the day that I arrived at the facility.  The door was in completely, fully functioning condition.  Of course, I only gained access to the facility by paying for the door and for the many months of back rent that my niece could not afford to pay while the storage was overlocked.  I apologize for not attaching the pictures here, but they are on my cell phone and I cannot attach them here. . I will forward them to you under another email with this complaint ID number.  It will follow very shortly.

T.P.D STORAGE
In the 12 years we have been doing business with some 136 customers a month I believe this is the second time I have had a complaint. I do not feel the Revdex.com should threaten companies with sharing my companies name and
information and...

not sharing the complaints in formation before it goes in front of your legal system.
[redacted] is only a third party. H! did not sign the lease. Ms. [redacted] is who signed the lease as st e is an adult; I would like to know in what capacity Mr. [redacted] is acting In?
[redacted] had plenty of time to address this situation. As he sent a check to his niece on 8/18/2014 of $795.00 to dear this matter up, but his niece never gave us the check or said anything until 1/19/2015.
Check # [redacted]. So she held the check for some five months.
If she would have given us the check right away for the damages ($795.00) the unit would have not been double paddle lock and she could have moved out in Aug. But as we received no money our only way to protect our self is
to double paddle lock the unit. Never in the five months' time did Ms. [redacted] say she had a check for the damages.
So please see the niece who has caused all the trouble not us. When your withholding a payment for five months and don't tum it over to us not our fault.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

[redacted] was "holding a check" that she DID NOT owe to the landlord because there was NO DAMAGE to the door caused by her.  In fact, there was no permanent damage to the cheap aluminum door at all.  I sent multiple pictures of this to the Revdex.com.  However, I agree with the landlord in this respect:  This process has now become tedious and has gone no where.  I'll let the Jefferson County small claims court handle it.
