They're not honoring their partnership with Eggo by responding to my emails stating "purchase date/time or receipt total was illegible" or "the receipt you submitted to the Kellogg's Eggo Crayola Back to School offer can not be read." I attached numerous screen shots of my receipts (which are all completely legible) showing the required purchase amount of waffles was made, the date and total were also provided per the companies promotion yet they continue to come up with excuses as to why they cannot process this $coupon

TPG has contacted the Complainant to get more information so that we can assist herWe have to make sure that this is a promotion that our company was a part of and if it is once we get the additional information we can provide the Complainant with the phone number or website that she would need in order to activate the $card that she received

I'm writing this because I won $100 rewards card for participating in the Olympic back to school game in the fruit loop box. I've received my card tried activation calling went online tried calling people started googling numbers and still nothing! I was using this for my daughter to get things for school it was so embarrassing when I went to the store to try and use it good thing I had cash handy because it would of been heartbreaking if my daughter couldn't get the things she wanted. I'm ready to take this to the news and warn anyone participating in any of these games because that's exactly what it is a game to these TPG people. Thanks for humiliating my child in public I will not rest until these people are exposed and I receive what MY daughter is owed. Glad I was smart to take pictures of the game prize before sending it in.. what you put my daughter thru I will not forget and for that I will not give up on exposing this company

On 914, we sent the consumer a replacement virtual card that he can use in place of the one that he was having a problem with
