Kim Robinson-My 2017 Tax Refund was sent to your bank around Dec 12th, I was told by Santa Barbra bank mailed it out on Dec 12th, I have yet to receive. I have 10 different numbers I have called to no avail. How can we not talk to a customer service rep? TPG, after email correspondence you want me to sign an Indemnity Bond and get it notarized? Additionally I would have to wait 90 more days for a check you have held since Dec. IRS is running a trace, I was told by the treasury department that the money was on a green dot card, which I never ask for or used, but at the same time when I was able to speak with someone one time in December, I was informed it was mailed to me. No one can give me concrete information. I submitted 3 phone numbers and no one has called me back.
