I was surprised to receive this notice from the Revdex.com on August 5, 2015. That same morning I had spoken to the Tenant, as well as the Owner of the Townhome in question, and we believed that the issues had been resolved. TPM, Inc. did not knowingly rent the townhome knowing beforehand that the basement would flood each time it rains. Both the Owner of the Townhome and TPM, Inc. are sympathetic for the Tenant and the unacceptable continued water issues in the basement. We are working with the Homeowners Association again to take whatever measures are needed to stop the continued leaks.
I did receive one voicemail from the tenant on Monday, August 3rd. I did not call them back that day after checking with the maintenance department that the water leak was being taken care of and that they had been contacted already.
If there are any other issues to resolve, the tenant can contact me anytime.

Mr. [redacted] turned in a 30 day notice on May 1, 2017 indicating that he wanted to terminate his month-to month tenancy and move out on June 9, 2017.  The lease that the [redacted]s signed is very clear as to what a month to month tenancy entails.  We could quote the entire Paragraph 2 of...

the lease but this one line should suffice:  "All month-to-month tenancies shall terminate on the last day of the month."If the Tenant's contract would have been sold to a qualified applicant during the month of June, the Tenant's rent would have been prorated from the date of the new lease. Even though the Tenant moved out on June 9, 2017, the lease officially terminated on June 30, 2017.  The Tenant's deposit was processed and returned on July 21, 2017. This time frame complies with the lease and state law, as it was returned within 30 days of the end of the contract.
