response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.However, the business is not being honest regarding my several attempts to resolve this matter. It's curious to me the only contact they recall receiving included my informing them  I had filed a Revdex.com complaint along with a complaint to the office of the NY Attorney General.  This business contacted me within 30 minutes of that contact with them. Hopefully others due a refund do not have to engage the Revdex.com and AG.

Review: TPR Holdings shipped overage goods to us (Philippines) and we've been charged by our custom for this overage. We already came up with a resolution w/ TPR that they will pick up the overage goods and wire us the amount charge to us by custom. However, until now they are not picking up the goods and not responding to us.Desired Settlement: Pick up the goods & wire the amount charge to us by custom as we have discussed.
