I know where I called, I know how I was treated. First and foremost, I never stated I was a customer, and due to to this I will never be. As for the comment of being the only male in office - here is a list pulled right from your website:

Good morning.  I have received a complaint and I am the owner of TPS Displays,...

Inc.  I have read the statement and I am extremely concerned my company has been brought into this accusation.  We are a 30+ year old company that prides itself on high levels of customer service for both existing clients and new clients.  We are a small operation with just four persons in our company and just three at our location. 
 
Of those three persons that actually work in our location I am the ONLY male in the office.  The other two staff members are female.  On 6/27 I was still at the hospital with my wife who just had our 5th child.  I have NO OTHER male employee that would have been in my building answering the phone lines. The only other person that was present that day has been employed by TPS since 2010 and has denied speaking to anybody by this name or circumstances. 
 
Secondly, this person has identified them selves as a customer.  I have reviewed TPS Displays customer base since 2004 and can't find a contact by this name in our system.  I have Google her name and can't find ANY company she is associated with that TPS has done business with in the past.  I have explored all of my social media and found the same result.  So based on the records I have she never has been a customer of TPS Displays, Inc. 
 
I am open to speaking to her to resolve this issue but I have to wonder if she was attempting to contact TPS Displays or mis-dialed the number causing this entire issue.

[redacted] from the company called and stated that the consumer is not a customer of his and he has no record of her call. He has files from back to 15 years and there is nothing under her name or her address that he did business with her and he has no record of an interaction. He has a mainline that is published and 2 other lines that are published and he can look at and the consumers number is not on any of them.

Review: I called 3 times on 06.27.14, when I finally got through to a person I was yelled at for calling so many times. I advised the gentleman that had I was able to get through I would not have kept trying. This gentleman - if you can call him that started cursing me - using the F word. I asked the man was this not a business I was calling as he still continued to curse at me. Told him I didn't find his behaviour appropriate and hung up. Never deal with this company very DISREPECTFUL.Desired Settlement: I assume if this person was a boss his business should be closed - if this person is a employee their boss deserves to know this person acted.
