As per our phone conversation yesterday I am sending this email to state that I am not satisfied with the services from [redacted] of TPS Services at allOn 10/09/I was given a price from Mr [redacted] of $6,and if I paid him in cash I would get a 10% discount, which would be $with total remaining $5,to be paid when the job was completed and furthermore I was not to pay him a dime until all work was done to my satisfied I guess my first mistake was that I believed him, I trusted him at his word on the price and that the job would be done professional which unfortunately he did not keep and the job was so bad I have to have another contractor to come in and redo his mess which in turn I have to pay for Therefore I am not in any way satisfied with him I have been called a con by Mr [redacted] on more than one occasion which I am not, and had several threats from himI think if anything he may owe me moneyIf you have any questions or need additional information please do not hesitate to call me at [redacted] Thank you in advance for your help

Ms ***, from the pricing stage of the project had wanted new cabinets and crown molding in the renovated area
Due to her financial abilities she could not afford these options & agreed painting the cabinets would suffice
After the initial cabinet painting I was told they were
unacceptable
They were removed,sanded & re paintedAgain they were unacceptableI was told they were ruined by Ms ***
It was at this point and several other clues I decided I should collect what I could because this customer was a con and did not intend to pay
In the end I stripped about cabinet doors & explained I would strip bare the remaining doors & subtract $from invoice
Regarding the painting by roofersThe problem was Ms*** didn't like the Mexican workers period
After they initially painted the living room, I was told by Ms*** it looked horrible & needed re paintedOf course in a different color
Before I even sealed the upper wall where it met the ceiling, I was told she now wanted the crown molding
After asking if she intended to pay for the crown molding labor I was told" you know you couldn't make me happy"
I explained I paid my guy over $to install & caulk crown plus some of the wood & all of the caulkShe did mail a check for $to my surpriseWhich almost covered my cost of labor but no supplies
Regarding the painting, Ms*** sent pictures of a person fixing wall blemishesI did not get hired to fix her poor condition of her walls
We patched large holes & painted
I looked at before pictures & zoomed in and it shows the exact spot where she took the complaint photoIt shows a poor conditions plaster wall with bumps & divots.
Regarding the flooring, Pergo is not hardwood it is laminate over dense cardboardIt will expand & contract with weather
When installed a half inch was left for expansion on all sidesCovered by 3/4" quarter round
If buckling has occurred its a simple matter of removing a piece quarter round, taking a saw and cutting the edge of the pergo to allow for excessive expansion
I have copies of the actual invoice of which the $& $has been subtracted.the balance is

Regarding the complaint from Ms***Ms*** complaint has been determined by TPS to be another attempt by Ms*** at using the system to complete a total conIn the estimate stage of her project, Ms*** had desired new cabinetsDue to her financial situation this was not achievable Midway through the project, in the painting phase the cabinets were painted white with supplied paint & gloss sealerImmediately after painting cabinets Ms*** explained " they were ruined & I would be wasting my time trying to fix"
To set the stage, these are year old cabinets that were greasy & filthyThey were cleaned, sanded, painted & clear coated.
I offered to chemically strip them to the original bare woodThis offer was declinedWe stripped doors to bare wood to verify and Ms*** still insisted they were ruined and only new cabinets would suffice(I do have pictures available of the stripped doors)
Other than breaking the doors in half or a dog chewing them we can't imagine how cabinet doors stripped to bare wood can be ruinedWe then offered a refund for cabinet painting with cabinets stripped and were declined againAt this point we knew we were not getting paidWe finished the job to a functional kitchen to avoid liability for her inconvenience & pulled off this jobReceiving $out of a roughly $invoiceAs far as Ms*** complaint that she had to bring in another contractor to refinish the wallsLet me explain we were to paint the walls, not refinish themTypically when painting we fill nail holes and small blemishes, as we did on Ms*** wallsThe pictures we were sent by Ms *** shows a laborer refinishing wallsWe reviewed our before photos , and the exact spot where the wall is being refinished is clearly a plaster wall with bumps & groovesMs *** sadly by con or ignorance decided she was gonna get what she originally wanted but could not affordThere have been no threats against Ms ***She has been told she will be taken to court for balance, as she will before months expiresSadly the Revdex.com feels obligated to post these letters on the site, basically acting as an agent for Ms***There is no basis for this claim & one would think common sense would prevailBut unfortunately the Revdex.com has become an extortion tool by crooked individuals and is not investigated by the Revdex.com Just reportedSincerely

Let me explain we were to paint the walls, not refinish them. Typically when painting we fill nail holes and small blemishes, as we did on Ms. [redacted] walls.The pictures we were sent by Ms [redacted] shows a laborer refinishing walls. We reviewed our before photos , and the exact spot where the wall is being refinished is clearly a plaster wall with bumps & grooves.Ms [redacted] sadly by con or ignorance decided she was gonna get what she originally wanted but could not afford.There have been no threats against Ms [redacted].She has been told she will be taken to court for balance, as she will before 12 months expires.Sadly the Revdex.com feels obligated to post these letters on the site, basically acting as an agent for Ms. [redacted].
