I contacted the president of the company and he told me (and I quote), "Stupid people are like Glow SticksYou want to crack them and shake them until the light comes on.Ted [redacted] President." He also implied that I was illiterate because (and I quote), "TPS markets it product to CPA firm who have an exceedingly high literacy rate," and told me I needed to reread the order form I made a great decision by not wanting to continue doing business with a place that allows this type of treatment to former customers or anyone for that matter
